Here's your chance to catch some regional Pokemon!
As part of Pokemon Go Fest 2021, players worked together to complete 24 in-game challenges in the game’s Global Challenge Arena.
Since players completed every challenge that was available during Go Fest 2021, three Ultra Unlock events are coming to Pokemon Go in the coming days and weeks.
Ultra Unlock Part 1: Time will run from July 23 to August 3, and Ultra Unlock Part 2: Space will kick off on August 6.
The Ultra Unlock Part 2: Space event will run from August 6 at 10 a.m. local time until August 17 at 8 p.m. local time. During this event, Clefairy, Munna, Red-Striped Basculin, Blue-Striped Basculin, Elgyem, Heatmor, Durant, and more pocket monsters will appear more frequently than normal in the wild.
Next, the region-exclusive Pokemon West Sea Shellos, East Sea Shellos, Red-Striped Basculin, Blue-Striped Basculin, Heatmor, and Durant will have the chance to hatch from 7 km Eggs that are collected during this event.
From August 6 at 10 a.m. local time until August 20 at 10 a.m. local time, you’ll be able to challenge the following Pokemon in Raids:
Finally, players will be able to complete event-themed Timed Research tasks from August 6 at 10 a.m. local time until August 17 at 8 p.m. local time. Event-themed Field Research tasks will also be available during this Ultra Unlock event.
Once this Ultra Unlock Part 2: Space event ends, the Ultra Unlock Part 3: ??? event will kick off on August 20. Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, hasn’t revealed the details for this event just yet, so keep checking back with SuperParent, as we’ll make sure to let you know when more information is available.
