Pokemon Go Luminous Legends X Timed Research Tasks Guide

Trainers, the Luminous Legends X event has kicked off in Pokemon Go! This event features a number of Pokemon that have never been seen before in Pokemon Go, such as Xerneas, Spritzee, and Swirlix.

The Luminous Legends X event will run from May 4 at 10 a.m. local time until May 17 at 8 p.m. local time. To see everything that’s going on during this event, check out our previous coverage.

As part of the Luminous Legends X event, players can complete a series of Timed Research tasks that focus on battling Team Go Rocket and catching Fairy-type Pokemon.

According to Leek Duck, here are what the Luminous Legends X Timed Research tasks ask you to do, and the rewards you’ll receive for completing them.

Luminous Legends X Part 1

• Send 5 Gifts to Friends – An encounter with Jigglypuff
• Defeat 3 Team Go Rocket Grunts – An encounter with Bagon
• Catch 7 Fairy-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Clefairy

Final Rewards: 1,500 experience points and 15 Great Balls

Luminous Legends X Part 2

• Earn 7 Hearts With Your Buddy – 10 Razz Berries
• Purify 3 Shadow Pokemon – An encounter with Dratini
• Catch 15 Fairy-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Marill

Final Rewards: 2,000 experience points and a Rocket Radar

Luminous Legends X Part 3

• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Arlo – 5 Hyper Potions
• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Cliff – 3 Revives
• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Sierra – 3 Max Potions

Final Rewards: 2,500 experience points and a Super Rocket Radar

Luminous Legends X Part 4

• Find the Team Go Rocket Boss – 2,000 experience points
• Battle the Team Go Rocket Boss – 2,000 experience points
• Defeat the Team Go Rocket Boss – 2,000 experience points

Final Rewards: 3,000 experience points and an Incense

Luminous Legends X Part 5

• Evolve 3 Fairy-Type Pokemon – 1 Sinnoh Stone
• Use an Incense – An encounter with Mawile
• Catch 20 Fairy-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Spritzee

Final Rewards: 4,000 experience points and 10 Pinap Berries

Luminous Legends X Part 6

• Make 10 Great Throws – An encounter with Swirlix
• Use 15 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – An encounter with Cottonee
• Catch 7 Different Species of Fairy-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Azumarill

Final Rewards: 6,000 experience points and 15 Ultra Balls

Luminous Legends X Part 7

• Complete 5 Field Research Tasks – 25 Poke Balls
• Win 1 Raid – An encounter with Gible
• Catch 50 Fairy-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Clefable

Rewards: 5,000 Stardust and a Rainy Lure Module
