Ticket holders will earn a new pose as they complete Special Research tasks.
As spotted by PokeMiners, Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, revealed a few new details about Pokemon Go Fest 2022.
Pokemon Go Fest 2022 will take place on June 4, 2022 and June 5, 2022. Tickets for the event cost $14.99, and they’re available to purchase now in Pokemon Go’s item shop.
During Pokemon Go Fest 2022, ticket holders will be able to complete Special Research tasks to earn an encounter with Land Forme Shaymin. On the Pokemon Go website, Niantic announced that players will also receive a Land Forme Shaymin T-Shirt and the “Gracidea Bouquet Pose” for their in-game avatar as they complete the event’s Special Research tasks.
As part of this year’s Pokemon Go Fest, all players will be able to collect a free Pokemon Go Fest 2022 Tee item for their avatar from the in-game shop, even if they don’t purchase an event ticket.
Niantic also announced that two other avatar items will be available: a Shaymin Hat and a Gracidea Face Sticker. Niantic didn’t say these items will be free, so they will likely be available to purchase with PokeCoins.
