A 'Splatoon 3'-themed Pro Controller and Carrying Case are also coming soon.
Ahead of the release of Splatoon 3 on September 9, 2022, Nintendo revealed a new Nintendo Switch – OLED Model console that has been inspired by the game.
The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Splatoon 3 Special Edition system will include a blue and purple “gradient” Joy-Con controller and a yellow and green “gradient” Joy-Con controller. The system will also include a white, graffiti-inspired dock that looks like it’s been splattered with bright yellow ink.
The Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Splatoon 3 Special Edition system will be released on August 26, 2022 for $359.99.
In addition to revealing this Special Edition Switch console, Nintendo also announced a Splatoon 3 Nintendo Switch Pro Controller will be released on September 9, 2022. The controller is black, blue, and yellow, and features artwork inspired by the game. The Splatoon 3 Nintendo Switch Pro Controller will be available for $74.99.
Finally, Nintendo announced that a Splatoon 3 Edition Carrying Case will be released on September 9, 2022 for $24.99.
Splatoon 3 will be released on Switch on September 9, 2022 for $59.99. The game is rated E10+ for Everyone 10+ by the ESRB. The kid-friend shooter will feature a single-player story mode, a cooperative “Salmon Run” mode for multiple players, and a 4-on-4 Turf War mode that will allow teams of four players to compete against each other.
