There are six new villagers available to meet through these amiibo cards (one villager per card): Rilla, Marty, Étoile, Chai, Chelsea, and Toby. The first time you scan each of these six cards, you’ll unlock each villager’s associated Sanrio-themed items, which you can purchase in the Nook Shopping catalog.
For instance, when you scan Rilla’s card, you’ll unlock Hello Kitty-themed items. When you scan Marty’s card, you’ll unlock Pompompurin-themed items, and so on. You can tell which set of items you’ll unlock by looking at the villager’s theme on their amiibo card.
Here are all of the items you can purchase once you’ve scanned each amiibo card using the game’s Nook Stop terminal. To learn more about inviting these villagers to visit and/or live on your island, check out our guide.
