Celebrate Moon-Viewing Day!
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is celebrating Moon-Viewing Day with a special seasonal item that’s available to purchase for a limited time.
The Moon Rug is available to purchase from now until October 8. Here’s how to get one!
Head into the Resident Services building and select “Nook Shopping” on the Nook Stop terminal. Or, if you’ve unlocked the Nook Shopping app on your NookPhone, you can access the Nook Shopping catalog from anywhere.
Select “Special Goods.”
Press “L” on your controller to move to the Seasonal items tab.
Highlight the Moon Rug and press “A” to select it.
If you want to purchase the item for yourself, or to send to someone at a later time, select “Place Order.” Or, if you want to send the item as a gift immediately, choose “Send as Gift.” Each Moon Rug costs 2,000 Bells to purchase.
Remember, if you purchase a Moon Rug for yourself (or to send later), you won’t receive it right away. Instead, it will be sent to your mailbox the next day.
