Trainers, the Mountains of Power event has kicked off in Pokemon Go! This event is inspired by the different mountains found throughout the Pokemon universe.
The Mountains of Power event will run from January 7 at 10 a.m. local time until January 13 at 8 p.m. local time. You can learn more about the event in our previous coverage.
As part of the Mountains of Power event, players can complete Timed Research tasks to earn Pokemon encounters and other in-game rewards.
According to Leek Duck, here’s what the Mountains of Power Timed Research tasks ask players to do, and the rewards they’ll receive for completing them.

Final Rewards: 1,000 Stardust, 10 Great Balls, and an encounter with Absol
