Pokemon Go Community Day is coming soon!
The next Pokemon Go Community Day event will take place on July 17, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time.
During this event, Starly will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will have the chance to encounter Shiny Starly. You can learn more about this Pokemon Go Community Day event in our previous coverage.
As part of the July 2022 Community Day event, players have the option to spend $0.99 on a ticket that will give them access to a Special Research storyline on Community Day called “Field Notes: Starly.” Players aren’t required to purchase one of these tickets to participate in the Community Day event.
As spotted by Serebii.net, the Field Notes: Starly ticket is now available in Pokemon Go’s item shop.

Open Pokemon Go and tap the Poke Ball icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap “Shop.”
Under the “Global Events” section, tap the “Field Notes: Starly” ticket image.
Tap the “Buy” button to purchase one of these tickets for yourself, or tap the “Gift” button if you’d like to purchase one of these tickets for one of your in-game friends.
If you purchase one of these tickets for yourself, keep in mind you’ll need to login to Pokemon Go on July 17, 2022 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. local time to receive the Special Research.
