Pokemon Sleep Good Sleep Day Event Will Take Place Every Month

In-game bonuses will be active for a limited time each month.

Pokemon Sleep was released on iOS and Android devices in July 2023. The free-to-play game allows players to track their real-world sleep in order to discover the sleep styles of different Pokemon species.

A new limited time event is coming to Pokemon Sleep called the Good Sleep Day event. This monthly event will take place during three days each month in Pokemon Sleep – the day before, the day of, and the day after the full moon.

Rather than counting each in-game “day” from midnight to midnight, the Good Day Sleep event will count each in-game “day” from 4:00 a.m. to 3:59 a.m.

The first Good Sleep Day event will run from August 30, 2023 at 4 a.m. to September 2, 2023 at 3:59 a.m.

Here’s the exact schedule:

  • Day 1 (the night before the full moon) – August 30, 2023 at 4 a.m. to August 31, 2023 at 3:59 a.m.
  • Day 2 (the night of the full moon) – August 31, 2023 at 4 a.m. to September 1, 2023 at 3:59 a.m.
  • Day 3 (the night after the full moon) – September 1, 2023 at 4 a.m. to September 2, 2023 at 3:59 a.m.

Each day during this event, players can track their sleep as they normally would. When they perform their sleep research, they’ll receive in-game bonuses.

Specifically, for Day 1 and Day 3, players will receive 1.5 times the normal amount of Drowsy Power, two times the normal number of Pokemon Sleep experience points, and 500 bonus Sleep Points.

For Day 2 (the night of the full moon), players will receive two times the normal Drowsy Power, three times the normal number of Pokemon Sleep experience points, and 1,000 bonus Sleep Points.

On the Pokemon Sleep website, Select Button, the developer of Pokemon Sleep, said “You can only receive bonus sleep points once per day. You will not receive bonus sleep points for the second sleep session in a day.” You can read more notes about the Good Sleep Day event on the game’s website.
