Here's how you can unlock some fun cutscenes starring the game's animal friends.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a free-to-play mobile game that allows you to become a campsite caretaker and decorate your campsite, meet dozens of friendly animal characters, complete quests, and much more.

One of the game’s features allows you to unlock special “Scrapbook Memories” by having certain animals at your campsite or having specific items in your inventory. These memories are short cutscenes that let you see your animal friends interact with one another.

If you’ve never checked out the Scrapbook feature before, our guide will tell you everything you need to know about unlocking memories and then watching them!

Before you can watch a memory, you’ll need to fulfill its requirements. To see a memory’s requirements, complete the following steps.

Tap the icon with the four squares near the bottom-right corner of your device’s screen.

Tap the Scrapbook icon.

Tap the memory you want to view. For our guide, we’ll tap on “Jay’s Plucky Potluck.”

Tap the details button in the bottom-right corner of your device’s screen to see what you need to do / have to unlock the memory.

For the “Jay’s Plucky Potluck” memory, we need to have Goldie, Rosie, Jay, and Apollo visiting our campsite, and we need to have a Friendship Level of at least three with all four animals.

If you see that you need to have certain animals at your campsite, head back to your campsite view and tap the animal icon near the top-left corner of the screen to change the animals who are visiting your campsite.

Once you’ve fulfilled a memory’s requirements, you can return to the Scrapbook menu, tap the memory you want to view, and then tap the “Watch Memory” button to play the cutscene. We’ve included a video of the “Jay’s Plucky Potluck” memory above so you can see this process in action!

And that’s all there is to it! While some memories only require you to have certain animals at your campsite, others may require you to own special items that can only be obtained through the game’s premium Fortune Cookies, which can be purchased with Leaf Tickets (premium currency).

If you want a chance to receive these items for free, be sure to visit the Fortune Cookie store each day to see if any premium cookies are available for 5,000 Bells!
