Roblox announced the launch of an official Wonder Woman-themed game on its social gaming platform, which was created in partnership with Warner Bros. and DC.
Wonder Woman: The Themyscira Experience allows players to explore Wonder Woman’s home of Themyscira, where they can play mini-games, complete quests, and use in-game currency to purchase Wonder Woman-inspired items for their avatars.
At launch, players can collect eight different avatar items, but more will be added in the future. Players can wear these items even after they leave the Wonder Woman game.
In a blog post, Roblox commented on the launch of Wonder Woman: The Themyscira Experience:
“This is just the first in an all-new series of immersive experiences where you’ll be able to play, watch exclusive videos, and interact with your favorite brands. These places will be permanent additions to Roblox, with the ability to expand and evolve over time with new content. As a natural leader and fearless warrior, Wonder Woman is the perfect character to spearhead this launch. We’re so excited to bring these unique experiences to life and help connect you with the worlds you know and love.”
