Players can embark on an adventure in Kitakami!
Part 1 of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero downloadable content (DLC) is now available in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet! Part 1 of the DLC is called The Teal Mask, and it allows players to travel to the land of Kitakami as part of a school trip.
The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC is available to purchase for $34.99. While Part 1 of the DLC is available now, Part 2 will be released in winter 2023.
Here’s how to begin The Teal Mask DLC in Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet!
If you’ve purchased The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, the first time you play Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet after Part 1 is released, you’ll receive a call from Mr. Jacq on your Rotom Phone, telling you you’ve been selected to participate in a school trip to Kitakami.
Mr. Jacq will tell you to head to the school’s entrance hall when you’re ready to embark on this trip.
From there, you can head to the entrance hall in the academy to find a woman named Ms. Briar standing near the front desk. Once you talk to Ms. Briar, you’ll learn more about the school trip and Ms. Briar herself.
Ms. Briar will tell you to talk to her again when you’re ready to travel to Kitakami. Once you talk to Ms. Briar a second time, you can travel to Kitakami and begin exploring this new in-game area!
And that’s all there is to it! Have fun playing this new DLC!
