Tuesday, November 30th, 2021 10:48 am

This event will give players the chance to catch lots of Ice- and Ground-type Pokemon.

A new Incense Day event is coming soon to Pokemon Go!

Swinub Incense Day will take place on December 5, 2021 from 11 a.m to 5 p.m. local time.

During this time, Swinub will be attracted to Incense. In addition, if players evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine during this event, Mamoswine will learn Ancient Power.

In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Swinub into Piloswine using 25 Swinub Candy, and then evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine using 100 Swinub Candy and a Sinnoh Stone.

While Swinub will be attracted to Incense throughout the entire Swinub Incense Day event, additional Pokemon will be attracted to Incense at specific times. Here’s the breakdown:

Ice-type Pokemon will be attracted to Incense from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on December 5. This includes Seel, Jynx, Sneasel, Snorunt, Snover, and Vanillite. Galarian Darumaka will also have the chance to appear in the wild during these hours, but the Pokemon Go website indicated it will be rarer than the other Pokemon featured during this time.

Ground-type Pokemon will be attracted to Incense from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on December 5. This includes Onix, Cubone, Rhyhorn, Wooper, Phanpy, and Barboach. Larvitar may also appear during this time, but the Pokemon Go website indicated it will be rarer than the other featured Pokemon.

Finally, players will be able to collect event-themed Field Research tasks during this event. Plus, a bundle of two Incense will be available to purchase in the in-game shop for 1 PokeCoin.
