Pokemon Go Rogue of the Jungle Special Research Tasks Guide

Pokemon Go’s Verdant Wonders event runs from March 21, 2024 at 10 a.m. local time until March 25, 2024 at 8 p.m. local time.

During this event, players will have the option to spend $7.99 on a ticket that will give them access to a new Special Research storyline called “Rogue of the Jungle.” This Special Research storyline will allow players to encounter Zarude.

According to Leek Duck, here’s what the Rogue of the Jungle Special Research tasks ask players to do in Pokemon Go, and the rewards players will receive for completing them.

Rogue of the Jungle Part 1

• Complete 5 Field Research Tasks – 2 Silver Pinap Berries
• Catch 25 Grass-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Seedot
• Evolve 3 Grass-Type Pokemon – 20 Poke Balls

Final Rewards: 1,000 Stardust, 10 Razz Berries, and two Fast TMs

Rogue of the Jungle Part 2

• Explore 5 Km – 2 Golden Razz Berries
• Catch 20 Dark-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Galarian Zigzagoon
• Evolve 3 Dark-Type Pokemon – 10 Great Balls

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points, five Hyper Potions, and two Charged TMs

Rogue of the Jungle Part 3

• Spin 25 PokeStops or Gyms – 2 Silver Pinap Berries
• Power Up 5 Grass-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Cacnea
• Make an Excellent Throw – 10 Ultra Balls

Final Rewards: 1,000 Stardust, five Revives, and one Incense

Rogue of the Jungle Part 4

• Use 5 Super Effective Charged Attacks – 2 Golden Razz Berries
• Power Up 5 Dark-Type Pokemon – An encounter with Scraggy
• Use 10 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – 5 Rare Candies

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points, two Premium Battle Passes, and 1,000 Stardust

Rogue of the Jungle Part 5

• Win 3 Raids – 2 Silver Pinap Berries
• Catch 15 Different Species of Pokemon – An encounter with Absol
• Defeat 5 Team Go Rocket Grunts – 10 Zarude Candy

Final Rewards: 1,000 Stardust, an encounter with Zarude, and three Zarude Candy XL
