The next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event is scheduled to take place on May 23, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
During this event, Skorupi will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal number of experience points when evolving Pokemon.
Skorupi is a Poison- and Bug-type Pokemon from the fourth generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Skorupi into Drapion using 50 Skorupi Candy.
Shiny Skorupi is available in Pokemon Go. Shiny Skorupi is red.
To make the most of this week’s Spotlight Hour event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Skorupi to encounter and more chances to potentially find a Shiny one.
Also remember that you can activate a Lucky Egg to double the number of experience points you receive when completing in-game actions for a limited time. This Lucky Egg bonus will stack with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to earn lots of experience points for each Pokemon you evolve during this event.
Following this week’s Spotlight Hour event, one more of these events is scheduled to take place in May 2023. During the Spotlight Hour event on May 30, 2023, Houndour will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive twice the normal number of Stardust when catching Pokemon.
