Players will have the chance to encounter Shiny Inkay.
Pokemon Go will hold an Inkay Limited Research event on September 3, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time.
During this event, players will be able to complete Field Research tasks that will reward them with encounters with Inkay. In addition, once this event begins, Inkay will have the chance to be Shiny.
Two bonuses will be active during this event:
Finally, Alolan Rattata, Murkrow, Houndour, Poochyena, Nuzleaf, Sableye, and Purrloin will have the chance to appear in the wild during this event. Galarian Zigzagoon will also have the chance to appear in the wild during this event, though the Pokemon Go website indicated it will be rarer than the other featured Pokemon.
