Our guide will show you how to evolve this Pokemon.
Amaura is one of many Pokemon in Pokemon Go that have a unique evolutionary requirement.
Here’s how to evolve Amaura into Aurorus in Pokemon Go!
Amaura can only be evolved into Aurorus at night. If players attempt to evolve Amaura into Aurorus during the day, the game will tell them Amaura can only be evolved during the “nighttime” and they won’t be allowed to evolve the Pokemon.
You’ll know when the game considers it to be “nighttime” if you tap an Amaura in your collection and you see a green checkmark next to the moon icon to the right of the Pokemon’s “Evolve” button. If you don’t see the green checkmark (like in our screenshot below), the game considers it to be “daytime” and you’ll need to wait until the game considers it to be “nighttime” before you can evolve Amaura.
Once the game considers it to be “nighttime,” you can evolve Amaura using 50 Amaura Candy.
And that’s all there is to it! Have fun!
