Players can evolve Pokemon to earn bonus experience points.
The next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event will take place on August 1, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
During this event, Vulpix will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal number of experience points when evolving Pokemon.
Vulpix is a Fire-type Pokemon from the first generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Vulpix into Ninetales using 50 Vulpix Candy.
Shiny Vulpix is available in Pokemon Go. Shiny Vulpix is yellow, rather than orange.
To make the most of this week’s Spotlight Hour event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Vulpix to encounter and more chances to potentially find a Shiny one.
You can also activate a Lucky Egg to double the number of experience points you receive when completing in-game actions for a limited time. This Lucky Egg bonus will stack with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to earn lots of experience points for each Pokemon you evolve during this event.
