Pokemon Go A Valorous Hero Special Research Tasks Guide

The “A Valorous Hero” event has kicked off in Pokemon Go! This event will run from May 11, 2023 at 10 a.m. local time until May 17, 2023 at 8 p.m. local time. You can learn more about the event in our previous coverage.

As part of this event, players can complete a new series of Special Research tasks called “A Valorous Hero.”

According to Leek Duck, here’s what the “A Valorous Hero” Special Research tasks ask players to do in Pokemon Go and the rewards players will receive for completing them.

A Valorous Hero Part 1

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 10 Poke Balls
• Use 15 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – 10 Razz Berries
• Power Up Pokemon 5 Times – 1,000 Stardust

Final Rewards: 1,500 experience points and an encounter with Charmander

A Valorous Hero Part 2

• Use 5 Super Effective Charged Attacks – 10 Pinap Berries
• Power Up Pokemon 10 Times – 2,000 Stardust
• Battle 3 Team Go Rocket Members – 3 Revives

Final Rewards: 2,000 experience points and an encounter with Stufful

A Valorous Hero Part 3

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 15 Great Balls
• Power Up Pokemon 15 Times – 2,500 Stardust
• Battle in a Gym 3 Times – 5 Revives

Final Rewards: 2,500 experience points and an encounter with Ponyta wearing a Candela-themed accessory

A Valorous Hero Part 4

• Automatically Completed Task – 80 Charizard Mega Energy
• Automatically Completed Task – 5 Hyper Potions
• Automatically Completed Task – 7 Revives

Final Rewards: 2,500 experience points and 2,500 Stardust
