Make text appear faster or slower!
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl are now available on Nintendo Switch! The Pokemon role-playing games (RPG) allow players to become a Pokemon trainer in the Sinnoh region of the Pokemon universe. Players can explore the region, capture Pokemon, compete in Gym Battles, and more on their adventure.
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl feature a number of settings that players can tweak to create a gameplay experience that suits their play style. One of these settings allows players to change the speed of the game’s text. That is, players can change how quickly text appears on the screen.
There are three speed options to choose from. The “Normal” setting is active by default, but players can choose “Slow” to slow the text speed down or “Fast” to speed the text speed up.
Check out our video guide below to see how to change the text speed in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl or keep reading for the details.
When you want to change the text speed in Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl, press “X” to open the game’s menu and then select “Options.”
“Text Speed” is the first setting on the game’s Options menu. You can use the left analog stick or the D-pad on your controller to choose “Slow,” “Normal,” or “Fast.”
When you’re done making changes, press “A” or “B” and the game will ask you if you want to save your changes. Select “Yes” and your new text speed will be set!
And that’s all there is to it! Have fun!
