Go on adventures with Indiana Jones!
Funko Games, the company behind tabletop games like Disney Kingdomania and The Goonies: Never Say Die, revealed four new tabletop games inspired by the Indiana Jones film franchise. Three of these games are available now, while one will be released later in 2023.
Here’s a quick preview of each game!
Indiana Jones Cryptic
Indiana Jones Cryptic is the first game in Funko’s new line of “Puzzles and Pathways Adventures” games. The escape room game will allow players to complete three different adventures based on the first three films in the Indiana Jones franchise. Players will be guided through the game by Indiana Jones’ journal, and they’ll be challenged to “decipher ancient texts, uncover valuable clues, and defeat unknown evils with logic, deduction, and creative thinking.” Players will also be able to explore jungles and temples by drawing routes on the game’s maps.
Indiana Jones: Throw Me the Idol!
This family-friendly party game combines card-based gameplay with physical activities. The game splits players into two teams representing Indiana Jones and Belloq, and will challenge them to complete a variety of challenges as they work to earn the most points before the end of the game.
Something Wild: Indiana Jones
This latest game in Funko Games’ Something Wild series includes 45 Character Cards featuring characters from the Indiana Jones franchise, such as Marion Ravenwood and Major Toht. It also includes a small Funko Pop figure of Indiana Jones. In each game of Something Wild: Indiana Jones, players will be challenged to play Character Cards in sets and runs to earn points. While Something Wild: Indiana Jones can be played on its own as a standalone game, players can also combine multiple Something Wild games to form a larger experience. Indiana Jones: Sands of Adventure
This cooperative strategy game will challenge players to work together to rescue the Ark of the Covenant while battling against Colonel Dietrick, Major Toht, and Dr. René Belloq. The game features four sculpted figures and original artwork inspired by the Indiana Jones films. It also includes a swinging sand timer that may flip over as it’s filled with gems.
