'Catan - Dawn of Humankind' will be released this fall.
Catan Studio and Asmodee released details about two new products in the popular Catan tabletop gaming franchise.
First, Catan Studio and Asmodee revealed the release date for Catan – Dawn of Humankind. Catan – Dawn of Humankind is a “reboot” of the original Settlers of the Stone Age strategy game, which was itself based on Catan. Catan – Dawn of Humankind is for 3-4 players with a recommended age of 12+. Catan – Dawn of Humankind will be released at Target and independent game stores in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia on October 1, 2022. You can learn more about the game on Catan‘s website.
Next, Catan Studio and Asmodee revealed Catan 3D Expansion – Seafarers + Cities & Knights. This bundle will include Catan’s Seafarers and Cities & Knights expansions in a single box. The expansions can be played separately and at the same time. Families will need to own the base game of Catan 3D Edition to play the expansions. Catan 3D Expansion – Sefarers + Cities & Knights is for 3-4 players with a recommended age of 12+.
Catan 3D Expansion – Seafarers + Cities & Knights will be priced at $399.99. The base game of Catan 3D Edition is priced at $300. The release date for Catan 3D Expansion – Seafarers + Cities & Knights wasn’t revealed. You can learn more about Catan 3D Edition on Catan‘s website.
