Three new videos contains tips and advice related to setting up and gifting an Xbox One.

The holidays are nearly here, and Xbox wants to make sure your festivities go off without a hitch. If your family is receiving an Xbox One this holiday, Xbox released three new videos featuring tips and advice you may want to check out before the holidays arrive.

Hosted by video game industry personality Jessica Chobot, these videos focus on topics like setting up an Xbox One, creating child accounts, and using parental controls. We’ve embedded each one below, and have included a short description about each video.

Get Set Before It’s Gifted - Advice related to setting up an Xbox One before it’s gifted, so any necessary updates and game installations can be taken care of before the present is unwrapped.

Family Settings on Xbox - Information about Xbox’s family settings, child accounts, and the available parental controls on Xbox One (such as controlling screen time). For more information about Xbox’s parental control features, and the parental control options available on other platforms, like Switch and PlayStation 4, check out our previous coverage.

Top Games For All The Family - A quick look at a few family-friendly games that are available on Xbox One. If you want even more recommendations for kid- and teen-friendly titles on Xbox One, take a look at our 2019 Xbox One Games Holiday Gift Guide.
