Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to Get the Shamrock Day Items
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with new decorations and clothing.
Shamrock Day, otherwise known as St. Patrick’s Day, takes place in Animal Crossing: New Horizons on March 17. To celebrate the holiday, players can now purchase a variety of Shamrock Day decorations and clothing items in New Horizons that feature shamrocks and lots of shades of green.
To start, the Shamrock Soda, Shamrock Doorplate, and Shamrock Rug items can be purchased from the Seasonal tab of the Nook Shopping catalog. One of these three items will be available each day from March 10 to March 17, 2021, and the item that’s available will change each day. For instance, on March 10, we can purchase the Shamrock Doorplate, but on March 11, one of the other two items will be available. (For the record, the Shamrock Doorplate costs 1,200 Bells to purchase.)
Players can also dress up for Shamrock Day by purchasing a number of clothing and accessory items from the Able Sisters shop. Here’s what’s available:
- Shamrock Suit - 3,000 Bells
- Shamrock Hat - 1,320 Bells
- Shamrock Sunglasses - 1,100 Bells
- Shamrock Shoes - 1,680
These items will be available to purchase at the Able Sisters shop from March 10 to March 17, 2021.
