Groundhog Day The Game Is a Tabletop Game Based on the Classic Movie

Groundhog Day will be here before you know it (it falls on February 2), and Funko Games is getting ready to celebrate the holiday in a fun new way with the release of a tabletop game inspired by the classic Groundhog Day film starring Bill Murray.
Groundhog Day The Game is a cooperative card game for 2-6 players aged 10+, which allows players to relive Phil Connors’ Groundhog Day experience over and over with the goal of eventually living the “perfect” day.
The game includes a small game board, 60 cards, an alarm clock tile, a groundhog mover, a sand timer, 26 score tokens, and the game’s instructions. Each playthrough is expected to take around 30 minutes.
Groundhog Day The Game will be released on January 15. You can pre-order the game now on Funko’s website for $17, or on Amazon for $24.99. The Amazon version includes a flocked Punxsutawney Phil Funko Pop figure. To be clear, this figure isn’t required to play the game -- it’s just a fun collectible you can display however you’d like.
