Ravensburger Launched a Competition for Kids to Help Fight Pediatric Cancer

Ten children will have their artwork featured on a jigsaw puzzle.

January is National Puzzle Month, and to celebrate, jigsaw puzzle and tabletop game company Ravensburger has partnered with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF) to launch the “Puzzles Fund the Cure Design Contest,” which will raise money for pediatric cancer research.

This competition is open to kids aged 18 and under. It will ask kids to create a piece of art that “inspires hope” for a chance to have their artwork featured on a limited edition jigsaw puzzle.

Specifically, kids need to create a piece of art on an 8.5”x11” sheet of white, unlined paper using crayons, markers, or paint (the artwork needs to have a horizontal orientation). While kids can draw anything they feel “inspires hope,” their picture must contain the sun logo used by the NPCF, as well as a picture of a puzzle piece.

Ten winners will have their artwork featured in a limited edition puzzle that will be sold on Ravensburger’s website, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the NPCF to support its goal of eliminating pediatric cancer.

Contest entries can be submitted online until 9 p.m. ET on January 31, 2021.

Learn more about this competition on Ravensburger’s website.
