Follow these simple steps!

Trainers, the first of two Pokemon Go Community Day events for November 2020 will take place on November 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time.

During that time, Electabuzz will appear more frequently than normal in the wild, Incense will last for three hours (rather than one), and more. To see everything that’s going on during Electabuzz Community Day, check out our previous coverage.

As part of the Electabuzz Community Day festivities, players have the option to spend real money on a ticket that will unlock a Special Research storyline called “Electric for Electabuzz” on Community Day.

Our guide will show you how to purchase one of these tickets in Pokemon Go!

Before we begin, remember that if you’re interested in purchasing one of these tickets, it must be purchased with real money. You can’t purchase one of these tickets with PokeCoins.

Open Pokemon Go and tap the Poke Ball icon at the bottom of the screen.

Keep in mind that after you purchase a ticket, you’ll need to login to Pokemon Go at some point between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time on November 15 in order to actually collect your Special Research.

Since Pokemon Go Community Day events encourage trainers to play the game for long periods of time, you may want to check out some mobile accessories that can improve your gameplay experience. For instance, check out HyperX’s Cloud Buds Wireless Headphones. They’ll let you listen to the action in Pokemon Go (and other mobile games) without having a cord plugged into your device.

To learn more about Pokemon Go, or to view the rest of our guides for the game, check out our previous coverage.
