Follow our guide to tell your team what to focus on in dungeons.
In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, you can activate an Auto Mode while exploring dungeons, which causes your team to automatically move around until it encounters an enemy.
Did you know you can tell your team what to focus on when Auto Mode is turned on? You can tell your team to just focus on exploring the current floor, or you can make them focus on finding the stairs so that you can move onto the next floor in the dungeon.
If you want to switch your team’s focus while in Auto Mode, just follow the steps in our guide!
Press “X” to open the game’s menu.
Move over to the “Others” option and select it.
Select “Options.”
Press “R” on the controller to move to the second page of options.
Move your cursor down to the setting called “The Focus in Auto Mode.” By default, the focus will be on “Exploring.” If you want to change it to “Finding the Stairs,” press right on the joystick (or press right on the d-pad) to change this setting.
Press “A” to finish changing your settings.
Select “Yes” to save your changes.
If you ever want to change your focus back to “Exploring,” just repeat these steps and select “Exploring” instead of “Finding the Stairs.”
