Swablu Community Day is coming soon!
Trainers, the May 2021 Pokemon Go Community Day event will take place on May 15 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. During this event, Swablu will appear more frequently than normal in the wild! (To see everything that’s going on, check out our previous coverage.)
As part of May’s Community Day festivities, players have the option to purchase a ticket that will give them access to a Special Research storyline called “Cotton-Winged Bird.” You aren’t required to purchase one of these tickets to participate in the Community Day event. This ticket will simply give you access to more content if you want to pay for it.
If you want to purchase one of these tickets, keep in mind that you can’t purchase it with PokeCoins. These tickets can only be purchased with a real money transaction on your device.
Here’s how to get a Cotton-Winged Bird ticket!
Open Pokemon Go and tap the Poke Ball at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the “Shop” icon.
Scroll down to the “Global Events” section and tap the Cotton-Winged Bird ticket.
Now, tap the “Buy” button to complete the purchase on your device.
