Pokemon Go Timeless Travels Special Research Tasks Guide

The Timeless Travels Season kicked off in Pokemon Go on December 1, 2023. As part of this new Season, players can complete a series of Special Research tasks called “Timeless Travels.”

According to Leek Duck, here’s what the “Timeless Travels” Special Research tasks ask players to do and the rewards players will receive for completing them:

Timeless Travels Part 1

• Catch 25 Pokemon – 3 Charged TMs
• Make 15 Curveball Throws – 15 Poke Balls
• Catch 15 Different Species of Pokemon – 3 Fast TMs

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points, 500 Stardust, and an encounter with Pikachu

Timeless Travels Part 2

• Catch a Pokemon on 7 Different Days – 2,500 experience points
• Earn a Heart With Your Buddy on 7 Different Days – 2,500 Stardust
• Visit PokeStops on 7 Different Days – 2,500 experience points

Final Rewards: 2,000 experience points, 500 Stardust, and one Poffin

Timeless Travels Part 3

• Open 10 Gifts – 5 Razz Berries
• Send 10 Gifts to Friends – 5 Pinap Berries
• Catch 20 Different Species of Pokemon – 25 Great Balls

Final Rewards: 3,000 experience points, 1,000 Stardust, and an encounter with Eevee

Timeless Travels Part 4

• Catch 3 Pokemon – 1,000 experience

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points

Timeless Travels Part 5

• Hatch 3 Eggs – 5 Razz Berries
• Power Up Pokemon 10 Times – 15 Poke Balls
• Explore 10 km – 5 Pinap Berries

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points, 750 Stardust, and one Egg Incubator

Timeless Travels Part 6

• Complete 10 Field Research Tasks – 2,500 experience points
• Power Up Pokemon 10 Times – 10 Revives
• Earn 15 Hearts With Your Buddy – 2,500 Stardust

Final Rewards: 2,000 experience points, 750 Stardust, and an encounter with Rockruff

Timeless Travels Part 7

• Catch 25 Pokemon – 15 Ultra Balls
• Use 25 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – 3 Fast TMs
• Catch 20 Different Species of Pokemon – 3 Silver Pinap Berries

Final Rewards: 3,000 experience points, 1,000 Stardust, and one Premium Battle Pass

Timeless Travels Part 8

• Catch 3 Pokemon – 1,000 experience points

Final Rewards – 1,000 experience points

Timeless Travels Part 9

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 5 Pinap Berries
• Spin 5 PokeStops or Gyms – 10 Poke Balls
• Defeat 3 Team Go Rocket Grunts – 2 Charged TMs

Final Rewards: 1,000 experience points, 1,000 Stardust, and an encounter with Scraggy

Timeless Travels Part 10

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 5 Pinap Berries
• Transfer 10 Pokemon – 10 Great Balls
• Defeat 6 Team Go Rocket Grunts – 3 Mysterious Components

Final Rewards: 1,500 experience points, 1,500 Stardust, and a Rocket Radar

Timeless Travels Part 11

• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Arlo – 2,500 experience points
• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Cliff – 2,500 experience points
• Defeat Team Go Rocket Leader Sierra – 2,500 experience points

Final Rewards: 2,500 experience points, 2,500 Stardust, and a Super Rocket Radar

Timeless Travels Part 12

• Find the Team Go Rocket Boss – 10 Hyper Potions
• Battle the Team Go Rocket Boss – 10 Ultra Balls
• Defeat the Team Go Rocket Boss – 6 Max Revives

Final Rewards: 3,000 experience points and 3,000 Stardust

Timeless Travels Part 13

• Catch 10 Pokemon – 10 Max Potions
• Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms – 1 Sinnoh Stone
• Defeat 3 Team Go Rocket Grunts – 3 Charged TMs

Final Rewards: 4,000 experience points and 4,000 Stardust

• Automatically Completed Task – 5 Golden Razz Berries
• Automatically Completed Task – 5,000 experience points
• Automatically Completed Task – 1 Lucky Egg
