Players can receive extra Stardust for a limited time.
The next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event will take place on March 21, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
During this event, Litten will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal amount of Stardust when catching Pokemon.
Litten is a Fire-type Pokemon from the seventh generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Litten into Torracat using 25 Litten Candy, and then evolve Torracat into Incineroar using 100 Litten Candy.
As of this writing, Shiny Litten is not available in Pokemon Go.
To make the most of this week’s Spotlight Hour event, remember that you can activate a Star Piece to increase the amount of Incense you receive for a limited time. This Star Piece bonus will stack with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to earn lots of Stardust for each Pokemon you capture during this event.
Following this week’s Spotlight Hour, one more of these events will take place in March 2023. During the Spotlight Hour event on March 28, 2023, Popplio will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal number of experience points when catching Pokemon.
