Embrace the tiny house movement when this downloadable content releases later this year.

The Sims 4 is a popular life simulation game that lets players create their own characters, called Sims, and control their everyday lives by making sure their needs are met and helping them find love, friendships, employment, and more.

The game is frequently updated with new downloadable content (DLC) packs that let players design new homes for their Sims, dress their Sims in new outfits, and so on. The game’s newest DLC is themed after the tiny house movement, and it will challenge you to think small — really small.

The Tiny Living Stuff Pack will introduce a new “Tiny Home Residential Lot” that will challenge you to create a tiny home on just 100 tiles. Since you’ll need to choose furniture wisely to fit in such a small space, you can use new murphy beds to give your Sims comfortable places to sleep, which they can move out of the way when they’re not in use.

In addition to including new furniture and housing items, the Tiny Living Stuff Pack will include lots of items for customizing the appearance of your Sims, such as knit sweaters.

The Tiny Living Stuff Pack will be released on January 21 for PC and Mac, and on February 4 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. You’ll need to own The Sims 4 to access this downloadable content.

The Sims 4 is rated T for Teen. While the base gameplay of building and decorating homes and helping Sims with their lives is generally family-friendly, the game does feature some more mature themes, like “crude humor” and “adult” relations (for instance, Sims can have babies).
